I choose to blog about the arts. I am a theatre arts minor and don’t think they’ve received enough attention, especially here at Stony Brook. Furthermore there’s a lot of controversy over the budget cut that deeply impacted Stony Brook’s theatre arts department. Usually the department produces two shows throughout the semester but this semester they only have the funds for one show and many courses were cut because of funding. I’d also like to blog about the art world outside of Stony Brook.
